About Us
Throughout her career, Apple Orchard Realty’s Liz Bruce has built relationships and acquired a vast knowledge of the business. Her experience in real estate, construction and the communities of New Hampshire make her a profound resource to her clients.
With contacts throughout the industry, Liz can put clients in touch with title companies, mortgage brokers and other experts at every step of the process. And her years of buying, selling and building give her a sharp eye when looking over a property, having seen many potential issues before.
A Philosophy of Communication and Support
Buying or selling a home is a highly personal undertaking – and can be a stressful one. By making herself available to her clients to answer questions and discuss issues and ideas, Liz works hard to reduce stress and put her clients in control.
“Since real estate is a very personal endeavor, I work on a one-on-one basis with my clients and customers. It’s also a very stressful time, so I try to make it as enjoyable as possible by giving them information about the process and what to expect.”
– Liz Bruce, Apple Orchard Realty
